Australian orders will be shipped by Australia Post Express Post service. A flat shipping fee of AUD$14.00 applies to all orders Australia wide. Depending on your delivery location, please allow 1 – 10 working days for delivery. Most orders will ship out within 2 business days of ordering. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 72 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Please note that our delivery options refer only to the delivery time frame and not to the time required to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within 2 days of ordering, some orders may take additional time.
The price of shipping is determined by the weight of items purchased and delivery address. All prices are in Australia dollars and are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, listed prices include GST. Humour Australia Pty Ltd will issue a tax invoice for all purchases. GST means the Australian Goods and Services Tax charged under A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (the “Act”). Tax invoice means tax invoice as defined by the Act.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations (oh my!)
The following Returns, Refunds and Exchange policy applies only to orders delivered within Australia. Should there be any dissatisfaction with any product purchased, please contact Laugh@HumourAustralia.com.au and we will be happy to organise an exchange or refund for you. Products must be returned in a saleable condition as soon as possible following purchase. Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no in-transit damage occurs. All returns will be inspected prior to processing for refund or exchange. Once orders are processed and shipped, they cannot be canceled however if you’re unhappy with your delivery, please contact us to let us know and we’ll happily arrange a refund once the product is returned. We may contact you to clarify any issues relating to the product or to improve our quality processes.
